Have you ever put yourself in other people's shoe? Have you ever think for others?
To me, I really did not.
If everyone could lend a helping hand, this world will be a much nicer world :)
[30-July-2011] ; I went to Heartspring (School CIP) yesterday out of unwillingness. As usual, I'm late due to my cousin went to bathe right away after I came out from the batheroom. And I havn't even tied my hair yet -_-?! It's was 8.50am and I'm still at my house, offing my computer. So, I decided to ran to school but I was ran damn slow /: Blame me that I didn't exercise often :( Reached school and found out that the rest of my friends was still slowly taking a stroll? :( After long time waiting for everyone's arrival, we chose the place we wanted to go and mine was Aljuned cresent which is just 10min walk there only. I would love to go somewhere further cause I wanted to take a bus! (How lazy I was ;x) So, we carried bags of rice and necessary daily basic stuff to the car. It's was heavy, K? :( I think my school bag could fight with those stuff, can? LOL! So, we walked to the place where we will lend our helping hand. Firstly, we listen to the uncle what we suppose to do and heard there's quite alot of eldery and we suppose to help them as much as we could do, showing love and concern to them and lastly, treat them as our own grandparents. Thinking of that, I suddenly kinda miss my grandma. She's currently in old folk's home, I guess she would felt very sad ba? How unfilial grandchildren am I? Sigh :( We were separated from Terence and Felicia because they were called to go the next block helping parents to take care of the disabled child :( So, the rest of us suppose to go to a old lady's (looked around 50-60plus) house, but unfortunately she seems that she don't want us to go to her house and looked like she got alot of troubles/problems to settle for. Next, we suppose to go to a family with kids's house. The uncle knocked the door for several times but seems like no one was at home :( After that, we went to a house of three kids with parents. Could you imagine two adults and three children living in a one/two room flat house? :( I think life would be really hard on them, sigh :( The uncle told us that he need two person to take care those kids and bring them to MacDonald's. I also don't know why, at that point, I would raise up my hand to volunteer. My house are fulled of kids and I scared taking care of them. But why would I volunteer? I really don't know /: Perhaps Andeline volunteer herself? :) Hmmm, imagine Andeline and me taking care of 1 boy, two girls? When the lift reached 1th storey, I told the boy to hold my hand -_- to cross the road and he refused lor! IDIOT! Then I followed behind him. Out of sudden, he ran suddenly?! I had no choice to chase after him because I scared he might get lost :( Ran and ran and finally could catch until him, I trip over a rock and fall down :( *damn xiasuey* can? He still didn't stop :( So I got up on my foot and continue to chase him.
Reached macdonald and I bet you lovin't macdonald!
I love macdonald and my clique go macdonald only on friday. I also dk why. LOL. I thought things would be better if we reached macdonald. But everything went chaos -_- They told us what they wanted to eat and all went hiding? I could only say, suddenly I saw the boy and the next second, he was gone? Luckily, I managed to caught hold of the second child, girl and we had a little conversation.
Girl : What school are you from? Geylang methodist, right?
Me : Yeah.
Girl : I'm also from geylang methodist primary school, primary two. My big brother from macpherson primary school, primary four. And my small sister, K1.
Me : Why your brother not in geylang methodist?
Girl : Cause he was born first. My birthday is on September, my big bro's bday is on may and my small sister is on june.
Me : Wow, when is your birthday? (repeat)
Girl : 25 September!
Me : WA, I'm 24 September! :)
;x Hoho, maybe we should celebrate together :)
Andeline brought big breakfast for the big brother, ice-creams for those sister with drinks. I was surprised that the big brother could eat finish the big breakfast and while I could not :( Those sister eat finish, they went to the toilet again! -_- I was like coming in and out of the toilet for many many time, machiam like toilet assistant! *hmph* We take turn to ask each other questions and they treat us as retarded :( awww :( Due to the brother fail his maths, Andeline and I give them a mini test. K, we ask those very very simple -_- cause we don't know how much they had learnt and they said it was too simple?! TSK. In the end, the big brother win. Andeline promise them that she would buy sweets for them. In order to made them don't run, I asked them to play tutu train. I'm in front, both sisters at the back. I think that boy think we were too childish so didn't join us. I keep *tu tu shh shh* (not very sure, about the spelling ;x) They wanted me to go faster then I ran. The youngest end up falling down and begin to cry, omg! Carried her and calm her down and she didn't cry le. Buy them sweets and bring them over to their block. I asked tem to act a show for us, then ask them to hold our hands cause our teachers were looking at us. I hold the youngest girl and she keep attempt to ran! She tried to ran and I stop and it looked damn awkward! Somemore, everyone (include our classmate) were looking at us *argh* Brought them home and went downstairs to write our reflections and heard other people's reflection. It's was really disheartening, sigh :( It's very sweet of Li hua and Malvina for accompany me to wait for my bus
